The 3.0kW Infra-Red Paint Dryer VLP30 240V delivers fast, efficient drying for vehicle paintwork. Originally manufactured as the HLP1000, it features three 1.0kW short-wave heating elements, each housed in its own cassette.

Each cassette adjusts and locks into position around the vehicle’s contours, ensuring full coverage of the painted surface. The high-performance locking gas strut allows near weightless movement of the cassette support arm, making height adjustments easy and precise.

The VLP range uses 1kW and 1.5kW glare control lamps, configured in individual cassettes to provide up to 6.0kW of drying heat. The short-wave infrared output responds quickly, giving efficient paint drying while allowing each cassette to be positioned for maximum coverage.

Controls:

• Twin 99-minute electronic programmable timers on both Flash and Bake settings
• Temperature settable on both Flash and Bake Cycle
• 3 pre-set memory functions
• When operating, the unit can display the temperature, time and setting of both Flash and Bake cycles

• Top coat 10 – 12 minutes
