500W Half Size Medium-wave Quartz Infra-red Emitter HSQ500

Leisure Heating Own Brand. Used for drying and curing water-based and compliant coatings.  Also used for plastics forming, curing of silicone and rubber and many other mid temperature applications.

This cassette can be retrofitted to existing heaters where ceramic half size elements are traditionally used.  For plastics heating and vacuum forming, significant reduction in heating times can be achieved.  Please call our industrial heating experts for further advice on process heating.
